Waiting and Reception

When we have to wait, the quality of the environment including the furniture is a most decisive factor as to whether time spent waiting is perceived as an imposition or a welcome "breather". This is, after all, the first impression - and that counts - which the traveller, visitor or member of staff gains. Soekarno's Waiting and Reception ranges help to make people feel at ease right from the beginning. With a high degree of comfort, sensible accessories such as integrated table tops and additional tables and the possibility of grouping furniture to create a "landscape" effect. Materials, colours and forms open up a wide spectrum of planning and design variations ranging from functional to representative furnishing.

Dining and Leisure

The greater the demands made on people in a company, the more important the breaks for relaxation and regeneration are, when we "recharge" our batteries with new strength and creativitiy. That is why planning and furnishing recreational areas within the working environment should be given as careful consideration as the workplaces themselves. Only when feeling at ease can one completely relax and regenerate. And as we all know that we also "eat with our eyes", lunch will automatically taste better. The Soekarno ranges for these areas consciously accentuate atmosphere and ambience through design and material. Whether in the "stand-up cafe", in the bistro or in staff restaurants.

Chairs

Chairs offer a particularly charming contrast between the clear contours of the frame, made of solid beechwood bars, and the ergonomically shaped backrests of perforated polypropylene. What is more, Chairs is comfortable and practical. It is stackable, can be linked together to form rows and is also available with armrests. High stools and various tables complete the range for staff restaurant, cafetaria, bistro or the kitchen/ dining room at home.

400 range

The ingenious laminated wood construction with its characteristic detail of an inlaid solid wood core has made history in the furniture industry with the 400 range. A wooden furniture range can hardly be constructed in a simpler, lighter and more solid way. It has been produced since 1960 and has long become a "classic". Suitable for the stylish, timelessly modern furnishing of cafeterias, but also for dining and living rooms at home.
